Dr. Sarah Mitchell

Dr. Mitchell brings over 12 years of experience working with adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma. Her warm, evidence-based approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with mindfulness techniques to help clients build resilience and find their path forward.
She completed her doctorate at Rutgers University and post-doctoral training at NYU Langone Health. She is passionate about creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel truly heard.

James is a Gottman Method certified therapist who specializes in helping couples rebuild connection, navigate conflict, and strengthen their relationships. He also works with families facing complex dynamics, blended family challenges, and life transitions.
With a Master’s from Columbia University, James brings a practical, solution-focused approach that gives couples and families the tools they need to thrive. He believes every relationship has the potential for growth.

Dr. Anika Patel

Dr. Patel specializes in culturally-informed care and trauma recovery. As a certified EMDR practitioner, she uses a compassionate, integrative approach that honors each client’s unique background and experiences. She has extensive experience working with first-generation Americans, immigrants, and multicultural families.
She holds a PhD from the University of Pennsylvania and completed advanced EMDR training through the EMDR International Association. She is fluent in English and Hindi.
